5 out of 5 "Great Amp"
I have two LK 140’s but I love my LK 85 equally. It sounds great, especially with one of my 3 Kolektor pre-amp (I have 3 Linn systems) and the small chassis is my style. It also runs amazingly cool. Highly recommended. They sell quickly and people hang on to them since the Linn build quality is a long term gamer.

5 out of 5 "Lk85"
I have two of these amplifiers with Wakonda as preamp and Katan as speakers. Katan is heavy load on amplifiers but Lk85 is a true match for almost any speaker on the market. Linn offers a active mode with cards installed on amp board, one amp is then used for bass and second one for tweeter. That bypasses internal circuits in speakers and minimises sound coloring.
Great amp, you can find some on e-bay or second hand dealers, with todays prices it's a great value.
