5 out of 5 "Great little budget amp from the 80s"
Bought this new in 1983 coupled with JPW P2 speakers and a NAD 5120 turntable. Always liked the sounds from it. Unfortunately the whole system went into storage when we realized kids + wooden floors + turntable were not a good combination.
Horrified when it literally blew up on first testing out of storage but replacing a few inexpensive capacitors and it's now good as new.
If you find one that still works it's well worth a listen to.
If you have one that's dead it's well worth resurrecting!!

4 out of 5 "Rotel RA-820B Still Going"
I agree 100%. I still have my RA-820B and it sounds as good today as it did back in the day. I was considering selling it for something 'newer' and more current, but then thought, "No way". I just can't part with something that is still in excellent condition and is working perfectly.

5 out of 5 "Top notch"
Had one of these back in the '80s. What a brilliant little amp. Only about 25 W per channel, but huge power supply. Great build quality too. For my money, the best budget hi-fi amp ever made. Ever.
