For this price, it sounds very good! Like a lot more expensive machines! Mechanism is tank-built, has a wide, 3mm belt, and a hefty flywheel.
There is no manual bias setting. It is pre set throug tape position. Mind that some tapes are branded as "position high" ,but are stil not CrO2, although they seem like they are, so for those you stil use "normal" position. It will give nice high end.

Again, very good, workhorse machine!
